To get more help on the forum, why not use the search bar at the top to search for questions already asked and answered by other Community users? @molle22 You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Called up to see if I can get a new customer deal, got told as vegas casino app 18 months are not up (17 months!) , I am not a ‘new customer’ and quoted me an existing customer price!

Payment holiday only apply to credit items (such as mobile phone loans). I have been away from sky for nearly 18 months now and it appears to have gone downhill. Try searching ‘Sky customer service number’ …. Please mark a response as an ANSWER if it has solved your query/issue Looked for a phone number but I can’t find one I need to speak to an actual human being to get sky tv installed Sorry, you can’t reply to this discussion as it’s been locked by our Community Managers.

You are proabably aware, but always worth mentioning.The puck much like a Sky Q box can for some customers suffer from interference in a number of ways at times. Give it a go – I swapped my glass from ethernet to wifi and found it a lot better If you try it at least we will know if you have a malfunctioning unit and I can escalate your post to the online sky community support team @lettice  please can you move to the stream forum I have the same issue on windows 11. (We’re other customers here so cannot directly ‘help’ you)

The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues. Sky kids books has changed back to sky family On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 3.6 hours It installed an update however exactly the same issues are still being faced. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue. We have the same issue on an Intel NUC rwith 11th gen Core i7 CPU running Windows 11.

( I’ve read a few forum lnks, same problem, though no apparent answer). I still have this issue 3 months later. I built my system and have 65gb RAM, 24gb Graphics Card teamed up with and i9 Processor and have the same issues. I have the same issue, it is not the Laptop that is the issue but Windows 11.

• The volume control stays on screen about halfway up, you cannot change volume, and cannot shut it down very effectively.
• Give it a go – I swapped my glass from ethernet to wifi and found it a lot better

• If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.

It’s now February 2025 And I’m still having this issue. It would be good to know if Sky are looking at this issue, which appears to be affecting quite a few people. I have exactly the same issues as the original poster.

Saying your office has technical issues for now. I am moving soon and would still like to have sky in 3 rooms as l do now . I have an old HD box  which l have two magic eyes linked upto. Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. I have returned my old sky router following an upgrade to fibre but have received another text asking me to return it! @Emeka2  Sky won’t contact you on the back of a community post, they would not know who you are or you contact details from your community login

I have 350mb broadband and the stream is hard wired. If you’re a Sky Glass or Sky Stream customer, Netflix is included with your Sky Ultimate TV subscription so will be part of your Sky bill. Where x is the number (the forum doesn’t allow us to post phone numbers) If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number. Although if you ve never had it on your wifi it won’t make any difference You can’t beat a cable when streaming! It also eliminates a dodgy Ethernet cable or malfunctioning switch as the cause of your issues ……
